Withdraw access

You can take our access away at any time, for any reason, without asking first. How you do it depends on how you shared it.

How do I remove you from our Eventbrite team?

   Sign in to Eventbrite

   Use the account that manages your chapter's events.

   Open Organisation settings, then Team management

   Eventbrite may spell it Organization settings.

   Remove the address we sent you

   Find it in the list of team members and remove it.

   Let us know

   Email us, so that we stop expecting your events.

How do I have you delete a key I shared?

If you shared a long password made for a system rather than a person, which is called an API key, email onboarding@eochapterhubspotrollout.com and say that you want the key deleted. Do not put the key in the email. If we still hold our copy, we delete it. We also ask the integration team to remove the key from the system they use to read your events, and we tell you once they confirm it is gone.

What happens to our events on the 1EL global calendar?

We expect your events to stop updating on the 1EL global calendar once our access is gone. The integration team will confirm what happens to the events already shown there, and we will tell you.

Can we come back later?

Yes. Email us and we will pick it up with you from where you left off.
