For EO chapters with their own event tool
Post it once locally. 20,000 EO members see it globally.
Imagine every event you publish in your own platform showing up in front of the whole EO network. Keep using Eventbrite exactly as you do today. Once you are connected, each event appears on the 1EL global calendar with no double entry.
Wave 1 is a pilot of 5 hand-picked chapters.
We choose the five from applications, based on how ready each chapter is and a mix of chapter sizes. It is not first come, first served. If the pilot succeeds we open further waves, and everyone who applied stays in line.
Why connect?
20,000 members, not 200
Today your audience stops at your chapter list. Once you are connected, every event reaches EO members worldwide.
No extra work
Publish once in Eventbrite, as you do now. Changes and cancellations follow on their own.
You stay in control
It is your Eventbrite account. We email you at every stage, and you can withdraw access whenever you like.
How does it get done?
Behind the scenes, a link between Eventbrite and the 1EL global calendar carries your events across. That link is called an API. We set it up with you in five steps.
Discovery call
After we pick your chapter, we have a short call with you about how you use Eventbrite.
Share access
Add our team to your Eventbrite account. Or, through your chapter portal, share a private code from Eventbrite that lets another system read your events. That code is called an API key.
We configure access
The integration team connects your Eventbrite account. There is nothing for you to do at this step.
Testing
We check that a few of your real events come through correctly.
Live
Every event you post locally is visible to 20,000 EO members.
